Accessibility statement.
Soltheia is built on the belief that a good website should work for as many people as possible — so accessibility isn't an afterthought here, it's part of the build.
I aim to keep this site clear, readable, and usable across devices, browsers, and assistive technologies, working toward alignment with the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines where practical for a small studio site. It's the same accessibility-aware approach I bring into client builds — and the reason every project ships with its accessibility score attached.
What I build for
- Clear heading structure and readable, well-sized type
- Strong color contrast and visible keyboard focus states
- Descriptive links, labels, and alt text where appropriate
- Layouts that stay usable on small screens
- Forms with clear labels and understandable prompts
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences in animations
Run into a barrier?
If something on this site is hard to access, I'd genuinely like to know. Email me at hello@soltheia.com with the page you were on and what went wrong, and I'll fix it and get you the information another way in the meantime.
An ongoing practice
Accessibility is something I keep working at, not a box I check once. I review the site as it grows and make improvements as issues come up.
